Refund Policy

We stand behind our service. Here's exactly when and how you can request a refund.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which refunds are granted for IPTVZio subscriptions.

Our Commitment

We are confident in the quality of our IPTV service โ€” 22,000+ live channels, 120,000+ VOD titles, and 99.99% uptime. We offer a 48-hour refund window from the date of subscription activation so you can evaluate the service with no financial risk.

We also offer a free test subscription before purchase (see Section 2). We strongly recommend testing before committing to any paid plan.

Free Trial Before Purchase

Before purchasing any subscription, you can request a free trial via WhatsApp. The trial gives you access to a working IPTV line so you can verify compatibility with your device, internet connection, and preferred channels.

We encourage all new customers to use the free trial before paying. Because a trial is available, refund requests based on general dissatisfaction after a full subscription is purchased will carry less weight than technical issues that were not present during the trial.

Section 03

Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of your subscription activation date. Requests made after this window will not be accepted, regardless of the reason, unless the issue constitutes a sustained service outage (see Section 9).

The clock starts when your credentials are delivered to you via WhatsApp or email, not from the payment date.

Eligible vs. Not Eligible

  • Service completely non-functional within 48 hours of activation.
  • Credentials never delivered after confirmed payment.
  • Significant channel/content mismatch from what was advertised.
  • Duplicate payment charged in error.
  • Technical issues confirmed by our support team that cannot be resolved.

โŒ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Refund requested after the 48-hour window has passed.
  • Poor streaming quality caused by your own internet connection.
  • Incompatibility with your device not disclosed before purchase.
  • Change of mind after subscription activation.
  • Account suspended due to violation of Terms of Use (credential sharing, reselling).
  • Temporary downtime of individual channels or short outages.
  • Issues that were present during the free trial but a subscription was purchased anyway.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, follow these steps:

Provide your order details

Include your subscription plan, the date of purchase, the WhatsApp number or email used, and a description of the issue.

Allow us to troubleshoot first

Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will proceed with the refund.

Refund confirmation

If your request is approved, we will confirm the refund in writing and process the return via the original payment method.

Section 06

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, processing times vary depending on the payment method used:

  • Cryptocurrency โ€” typically within 24โ€“72 hours.
  • Bank transfer or other methods โ€” up to 5โ€“7 business days depending on the provider.

We will notify you as soon as the refund has been initiated on our side. If you have not received it within the timeframe above, please contact your payment provider before reaching out to us.

Section 07

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as a confirmed sustained outage affecting a significant portion of your subscription period. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Partial refunds will not be granted for time periods during which the service was functioning normally.

Section 08

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support channel, and chargebacks create unnecessary delays for both parties.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and potential reporting to payment processors. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is fraudulent or does not meet the grounds outlined in this policy.

Section 09

Service Outages

Brief interruptions (less than a few hours) to the overall service or to specific channels are not grounds for a refund, as they fall within normal operational tolerances for any streaming service.

If you experience a continuous total service outage lasting more than 72 hours that our team has been unable to resolve, you may be entitled to either a subscription extension or a partial/full refund depending on the duration of the outage. Please contact us immediately in such circumstances so we can investigate and respond.
